Marketplace account

1. Open the marketplace in the Bhitamati app (or the web marketplace) and sign in with your phone number.
2. Choose Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm.

What is deleted: the phone-number account, your profile and shared location, all your listings and photos, connections and chat messages, listing enquiries, visits, favourites and saved searches, your provider profile and service records, tickets and notifications. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is kept for a limited time: encrypted server backups expire after about 30 days and web server access logs after 14 days. If the account was suspended for breaking the rules, the phone number and the reason are kept so that the same number cannot register again. We cannot erase another person's screenshots or downloads.

If you cannot sign in: email a deletion request with your phone number to contact@bhitamati.tulx.app. After confirming the number is yours, the account is deleted within 30 days. You can also delete a single listing, your shared profile location or a connection in the app without deleting the whole account.

Private vault on your phone

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete all data and confirm. Every property file, document, calculation and the encryption key are permanently removed.

Vault data exists only on your phone; we hold no copy. Uninstalling the app removes the data on the phone but does not delete your marketplace account. Delete any backup files you exported separately. Details: privacy policy.
